17 Jun 2006 Pseudo 3rd Annual FCC Geek Conference Flops!

Well, we had our 3rd Annual FCC Geek Conference at Tim Wood’s house. However, by a majority vote, the meeting was NOT given the title “3rd Annual.” His wireless wasn’t working well and we were dropping off every 5 minutes. We’ve placed Tim on “Geek probation.” Until it is fixed, he cannot use the title geek in any way, shape, or form. We will have an update soon.

    Hey! It is not my fault my router is an outdated piece of junk. However the FCC geek conference will meet again soon to install and configure a new router and modem.

    Well, we figured it out. Don’t use windows to manage your wireless with his Linksys WRK54 router. I installed my Broadcom Wireless Utility and it connected and stayed connected.
