Finally, snow that stays on the ground for at least a day. The boys were definately excited. They didn’t have to go to school. We went out for a nice drive to Franklin and enjoyed the backroads. I took my Canon 20D to take some pictures but forget the battery charging in my office after taking pictures around the house. Not too smart. Another Middle Tennessee Snow! We probably got about 2 inches here in Fairview. We didn’t get to watch this one come down. It was well after midnight when it started and it stopped before sunrise. We woke up to a nice, carpet of snow everywhere. I have some pictures of the yard — just go to flickr to see them. I also added some pictures from Ben while he was stationed at FOB Remagen in Tikrit, Iraq. He’s here on leave for another week. We will be spending all day Sunday with him tomorrow in Clarksville. It will be the last I will see of him for probably about another 9 months or so. He’s doing great, though.

Snow, snow, snow! Well, it may only be 1 to 2 inches, but in Middle Tennessee, that’s enough. It was absolutely beautiful. We went and watched the move “Annapolis” in the middle of the “snow storm” and enjoyed the snow AND the movie. I left my camera in the car so I’m going to have to get it out and get some pictures before it all melts.
